Situated on 9.54 acres and located at the entrance into Foothills Industrial, with prime exposure to 61st Avenue S.E. it was essential to establish individual business identities while balancing exposure with the function and activity of 36 loading doors (Dock, Drive in & Active Rail).

Project Description: Design-Build Leasehold Improvement. WRD operates over 90,000 square feet, of heated and secured warehouse in the very accessible Foothills Industrial Park, south east Calgary. Their site is centralized to key roadways such as Deerfoot Trail (#2 highway), Barlow Trail, Glenmore Trail and, most importantly, only blocks from the closest Tim Horton’s.
Their well maintained warehouse is a perfect location to store any sort of freight with the exclusion of perishables, dangerous goods, and government bonded orders. Ten trailer loading doors and active rail are available. They can receive, handle, store and forward a very large quantity of freight. They also offer inventory services for customers' goods.!
