Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounting Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with regulatory financial frameworks. This role will initially be a part-time engagement, primarily on Tuesdays, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.
Qualified candidates should have demonstrable experience in bookkeeping, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency in financial software applications such as QuickBooks Online. Prior exposure to financial operations within the construction industry is an asset.

The position of Project Coordinator (PC) consists of working with the owners and their clients through, follow-ups and meeting tight deadlines. While lending technical support to the Wii Projects team, a high level of technical aptitude is required. Responsibilities include data entry into Construction Management Software, working and coordination with an accounting department, preparation of meeting minutes and circulate.
This position will work closely with designers, architects, engineers, interior designers and follow-up with subtrades. Interior Design experience is an asset with opportunities for design and site collaboration we are looking for Autodesk Revit knowledge and an understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) work processes.
